    Town homes join Urban's portfolio..
 
 

...... The development company Royal Oak is now marketing three projects under its newly introduced The Urban Property brand.
Readers are likely to be familiar with The Urban and The Urban Suites condominiums being built in Soi 15 off Second Road, but now the company has announced the launch of the SP Townhome project which will be built within 180 metres of Jomtien Beach in Soi 8.
SP will inherit many of the good ideas and quality safeguards that Royal Oak has included at
The Urban. For instance, SP will also have its own clubhouse incorporating swimming pool and fitness centre as is the case at The Urban. It will also have a public garden.
The Urban itself is moving along well and already the construction has reached the eight floor. Once The Urban is complete the office and showroom at the front of the site will be demolished to make way for the building of The Urban Suites.
Sales on The Urban are well advanced and marketing of the Suites started recently.
But Royal Oak are not sitting back. Hence the launch of the 58-unit SP Townhome project.
At SP the plan is to have a showhouse available in January. At the moment land clearing is being carried out before water pipes and electricity ducts are laid.
The townhomes will be a mixture of three- and four-storey units with a start price of Bt3.9m.
Suggested layout for the three-storey unit comprises two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen and two car parking spaces; the four-storey has an extra bedroom and bathrooom. However, the developers are keen to point out the flexibility of the design.
They say: “Apart from it being a living residence, you can also decorate it as a home office or store to operate one’s own business. With the multi-purpose design you can easily convert your residential townhome into a luxury home office.”
They describe SP as “an exclusive and low-density development featuring a stylish, modern and functional design using high quality materials”. The same materials that are an integral part of The Urban.
The smaller of the two options boasts a sizeable floor area of 200 sq m. And both have a back garden suitable for hosting barbeques and intimate parties.
The main entrance to the development will be connected to the new Jomtien Sai 2 Road which, in turn, will allow easy access to the main Sukhumvit thoroughfare.
Of course, if you head in the opposite direction the pleasures of beach life await you at Jomtien with its numerous bars and restaurants. Ω
