Land may be in short supply in some parts of the Naklua area but those who buy into Petch Properties’ Prima Wongamat project will hardly know it.
The three Prima buildings will be sited on 25 rai; they will have more than 22,000 sqm of common areas; and they will sit next to an already complete five-rai landscaped park.
And let’s not forget that the land enjoys one of the longest beach frontages in the area.
Indeed, the area is so big that Petch plan to make a golf-cart available round the clock.
A spokesman for Petch said: “Our room interiors are spacey – even the one-bedroom units – and, of course, we have amazing penthouses on offer that include a double-floor view, huge private swimming pool and garden.
“So their will be plenty of space to enjoy, both inside and out. The common areas will include two fitness centres and two sky swimming pools.
Scenic walking trail
“The landscaped park has a private, scenic walking trail leading to the spacious beach front commons areas. The scenic trail is also linked to a private 300-metre lane, with a huge water fountain in the middle, which runs from the public road into the project to ensure quiet, privacy, and peaceful seclusion.”
He concluded: “All this adds up to a lot of space to enjoy. If you don’t drive, a bicycle is recommended to get around if you don’t feel like using Prima’s 24/7 on-call golf cart service.” |
