Early buyers gathered at the Pattaya and Bangkok sales launches for Unixx South Pattaya, Raimon Land’s latest project on Pratumnak Hill, snatching up units offered at special opening prices.
“We predicted that the Pattaya market was ready for the younger generation of home owners looking for the combination of affordability, quality, style and convenience, and with close to 25 per cent of the 1,200 units now firmly booked at these launch events, the buyers have confirmed this,” declared Piaras Moriarty, Raimon Land vice-president, Client Management.

Unixx South Pattaya apartments will include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 22-62sqm and spectacular views over the Gulf of Thailand, Pattaya or Jomtien. Construction is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2012 with an expected completion towards the end of 2014.
