Heights Holdings have declared their intent for 2012 by announcing three projects in almost as many weeks.
They are the Water Park Condominium between sois 5 and 6 on Pratumnak, The Sea View – again in the Pratumnak area - and the Laguna Beach Resort Jomtien 2 which will be located not far from LBRJ1 close to the new Second Road in Jomtien.
Sea View and LBRJ2 will be officially released in 2012 and current advertising simply says “coming soon” so few details are available.
However, we can tell you a little more about Water Park Condominium.

Collaboration
Water Park demonstrates yet again how HH and Vistas Developments are now working in full collaboration. Advertising for the project carries both company brands for the first time and the main trust of the sales and marketing effort will be driven by the Vistas team. Jason Young, who heads sales at Vistas, said: “Inspiration for the interiors at Water Park comes from the designs adopted for our flagship project, The Peak Towers. So the quality will be great. But the starting price of Bt1.19m means buyers will be getting amazing value.”
According to Jason, HH are progressively going up-market with their offerings but without the expected attendant big hikes in price.
The project gets its name from the fact that it will have two swimming pools – one on the ground, the other on the roof “which is unusual for a single building project,” said Jason.
Water Park Condominium will have a restaurant, sauna, gym plus covered parking in addition to the two pools. A lot of landscaping is planned for around the rooftop pool.
