It was the party even the traffic couldn’t halt when Heights Holdings decided to launch their Laguna Beach Resort Jomtien I project just off the new Second Road in Jomtien.
Brokers and the media turned out in big numbers despite the fact that those travelling by road faced severe delays in getting there. A spokesman for HH said: “We were delighted that so many people made the effort to get to the party given the problems faced.
“We see this as just another demonstration of the high level of interest in this project.”
