The Atlantis Condo Resort sales office and showroom on the new Jomtien Second Road near the junction with Soi Wat Boon, opened on November 1.
The purpose-built and thoughtfully designed building went up in just seven weeks.
The response to the marketing has been extremely good and the showroom has been busy with prospective buyers.
Atlantis have had at least six staff on duty every day, resulting in more than 340 sales office-based sales. This means 630 have been sold since its launch at the end of September.
The showroom includes both single and double units, both completely finished in terms of design, furnishing and finishes, so buyers can see exactly what they are buying. And, because the showroom is located on the construction site, buyers can also see exactly where their new condo is going to be.
Atlantis Condo Resort also has a VIP limo with driver to ferry customer to and from their hotels or from local estate agent offices. Its equipped with LCD video so customers can enjoy the on-screen walk through on route and get a feel for the project.
