As REm went to press The Lighthouse Club (LHC) Pattaya was gearing up to hold its April meeting on the 30th at the Hard Rock Café in Beach Road.
Sponsors for the big night were major Pattaya developers Heights Holdings (HH), the company with a variety of condo developments either close to completion or due to start soon in the Pratumnak and Wong-Amat areas of the city.
Prior to the event a spokesman for HH said: “As a company we are always happy to put something back into the community. We are especially delighted to support the Lighthouse Club networking evening because the club, in turn, supports a charity that provides excellent care for the children of construction workers.”
The mezzanine floor above the restaurant had been set aside for the event. A LHC committee member said: “LHC is very happy with this ‘new’ hosting venue – Hard Rock Café. It is a five-star venue ideally suited for the informal network events of the club. LHC organises charity network functions on behalf of Eastern Seaboard community contacts, initiated by prominent Chonburi business-owners!”
LHC has drawn up a top flight ‘wish list’ of venues which it hopes will help generate increased interest in its events.
