Paradise found! Soon it will be reality

When English poet John Milton wrote Paradise Lost he needed more than 10,000 individual lines of verse and it filled 10 books.
So perhaps you will be pleased to discover that I don’t plan to write quite so much to describe the “Paradise Found” that is Paradise Park in Jomtien, writes John Davids.
Paradise Park is the latest project of the Iguana Group and it comes hot on the heels of the success story of Park Lane which is fast nearing completion just a few metres away.
“We have enjoyed incredible success with out Park Lane project,” said Iguana MD Miki Haim. “With more than 600 units it must be one of the biggest projects ever undertaken in Pattaya. Now we have fewer than two dozen units left to sell.

Customers get keys
“More than 100 customers have already received their keys to move in – and that’s less than 14 months after the foundations were put in.”
Miki added: “The whole Park Lane project will be finished in a little over two years when it was originally estimated it might take four. It’s some story and one of which we are very proud.”
Of course, being so close to Park Lane will only help to underpin confidence for those thinking of buying into Paradise Park. It will show that the company can deliver their promises.
“Now at Paradise we will be building slight fewer units – some 500 – with a design that enhances the best of Park Lane,” said Miki.
Noticeable in the architect’s renderings is yet another huge, central pool area similar to that at Park Lane. Paradise Park will have two swimming pools and will offer buyers a limited number of exclusive poolside apartments with private pool entry direct from the patio/balcony.
There will be Jacuzzis and shallow areas within the pools, islands to relax on and a real sand beach included in the central pool area.
Paradise Park lies just 800 metres from the beach, and will have full resort facilities on site and units there will also be priced from only Bt1m.
Its leisure facilities include a fully equipped gymnasium next to the pool as well as a poolside cafe/bar with alfresco seating.

Apartment specifications
In Paradise Park the fully furnished studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments will be fitted to a high standard not usually seen in units of this price, giving increased value for money. Prices start from Bt1m for a fully furnished 36 sqm one-bedroom condo. This can rise to Bt2.29m dependent on the view and floor level. A two-bedroom unit is two units side by side which Iguana will convert free of charge.
Other top features include:
l High quality floor tiling and well appointed, fully tiled luxury bathrooms with hot water shower systems and high quality sanitary ware.
l A fitted, Euro style kitchen including electric cooker hob, extractor hood and refrigerators are all standard at Paradise Park.
l Dining table and chairs in the living room along with a sofa, coffee table and fitted TV/display unit including a flat screen TV in every apartment.
l Fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and, of course, a bed. Full air conditioning completes the package.
The projected completion date is the fourth quarter of 2012.

Investor alert
Paradise Park with its low capital expenditure and predicted high rental yields is the perfect opportunity for a shrewd investor to make a substantial return on investment (ROI).
Paradise Park also has a complete package for hands-off, overseas investors. Ω
