The ability of Heights Holdings to develop new property concepts for Pattaya and bring them to fruition is unmatched in the city, they claim.
It’s a bold statement but when one examines their record, you can begin to understand why they are talking in these terms, writes John Davids.
Put simply, HH have many developments either complete, underway or about to be underway and they are launching new projects at a rate that takes one’s breath away.

New development
Early this year they launched Park Royal 3 and last month they announced that they would build Laguna Bay a new development also in Pratumnak.
These projects join the already complete Pattaya Heights and Park Royal 1. Park Royal 2 is well advanced, at Wong-Amat Beach Laguna Heights should open in the second quarter of the year and work on Club Royal is also well under way.
Add to this the soon to be revisited W Tower at Wong-Amat and the scale of HH’s ambition and drive starts to unfold.
To cope with the expected surge of interest in their developments they have also doubled the size of their office this year by moving into larger premises next door.
HH like to build in sought-after areas which is why Pratumnak and Wong-Amat currently dominate the choice of location.
The latest addition to their Pratumnak portfolio will be Laguna Bay where prices for a one-bedroom apartment start at Bt1.49m.
The project will be a combination of studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments with balcony (except the studios) which are both spacious and luxurious. These units have been created to meet the with the demand for highly functional apartments at sensible prices.
Situated a little less than 300 metres from Cosy Beach, Laguna Bay will follow in the Park Royal 3 mould with a two-building design.

Value-for-money
