The Nova Group Plc held a contract signing ceremony on May 3 at which they named the as the builders of the new Cliff Residence Pattaya project to be developed on an area of approximately four rai on Pratumnak Soi 1.

Rony Fineman said that the Cliff is a condominium project designed with the emphasis of affordable luxury.
Construction will start this July and is due to complete in the last quarter of 2012.
The project will consist of a 27-storey building with 426 units, and will have more than 50 per cent green area. He also states that in excess of 50 per cent of the units have already been sold.
Rony added: “We are very pleased to have Vorakit as our construction company. I have seen many of their completed projects. They build with passion, speed and attention to detail. I am sure the Cliff Residence will be a building we can all be very proud of.”
