Members of the Real Estate Broker Association – Eastern Seaboard (REBA-ES) have been given an early preview of the rekindled Chateau Dale Residence project in Siam Country Club Road.
The project was put on hold after the 9/11 attacks on New York earlier in the decade. But now it is back with a bang.
Busaba Loskulsindl, president of the company behind it, said that they felt the time was right to get it going again. And little expense has been spared on getting the showhomes in tip top condition.
Promotional prices for the project start at Bt8.7m for a three-bedroom house and go up to Bt14.2m for a four-bedroom.
All units are fully furnished with best quality items used and each has a swimming pool.
There is not enough room here to do the project justice so we hope to re-visit it next issue.
