La Royale, the multi-coloured tower in Na-Jomtien, is back in full swing after being put on hold awaiting re-financing.
The financial package has been put together and now the finishing touches are being put to many of the apartments.
“We’re back on track,” said a spokesman. “Many owners have already taken up residence and now we are looking forward to welcoming many more.”
The project comprises a tower and six smaller low-rise condo blocks all sitting very close to the beach.
“Phase 1 – the 34-storey tower – is complete save for interior finishing is required on some units,” said the spokesman. The tower has three types of unit and the sizes are 106 sqm, 148 sqm and 268 sqm.
He added: “Phase 2 – the six low-rise buildings comprising 34 condo units – are set to complete in the first quarter of next year.”
The low-rise units range in size from 84sqm to 1,000 sqm and it is still possible to have them custom-constructed to the owner’s preference.
Also in the first quarter the project’s common facilities are due to be completed. Included are two lap pools, children’s pool, two beachfront pools, plus a fitness and aerobics club with sauna. Add to these landscaped gardens, a dry dock and boat storage, convenience store, coffeee shop and jogging track.
The spokesman added: “The project is now fully financed and the developer is able to offer finance to buyers. Title deed are ready for immediate transfer.
“We now have a new sales office and show units open.” |
