By any standards sales at Heights Holdings’ recently launched project, Park Royal 3 (PR3), have been spectacular, writes John Davids.
Within just four weeks of its launch 75 per cent of the units have been sold!
The sales campaign was boosted by some very attractive pricing, admittedly. But, even so, the results will make many developers sit up and think about the way forward in 2010.
“In PR3 we are stepping up the sales momentum already enjoyed by us in 2009,” a spokesman for Heights Holdings said. “The price : value ratio is superb with a one-bedroom unit starting at
Bt 1.58m. This is an excellent figure for what we provide.”
PR3, which is pictured right and left, will have a showroom open later this month for agents and customers to visit.
“We always start construction of our projects as soon as we announce them because we have good financial backing,” he added.
Elsewhere within HH construction continues apace at the Club Royal site in Wong-Amat as can be seen by the pictures overleaf. The main picture here shows the anticipated view from the pool area of Club Royal towards the Sanctuary.
Another sign of the big strides taken by HH in 2009 is the fact that this month they will move to new offices – the ones formerly occupied by CBRE Richard Ellis Estate Agents right next door to the current office. This will double HH’s space.
“We’re expanding and we needed the room to be able to take on more staff,” said the spokesman. Ω
