The Iguana Group is pulling out all the stops to get its Park Lane development in Jomtien competed a year ahead of schedule.
Already buildings 1 and 2 have been finished in 12 months with new owners starting to get their keys at the end of this month. The skeleton of building 3 is complete and a start has been made on building 4. The development is in Boonkanjana Road.
“By the end of 2010 we will have finished all four buildings,” said Iguana managing director Miki Haim.
“Already we are tiling the swimming pool, some trees have been planted and we are working on facilities such as the gym and restaurant.”
And the story of progress on Iguana projects doesn’t end there! At Hyde Park Residence Building 2 on Thappraya Soi 8 they are looking to complete everything by the end of the third quarter. Originally the building was intended to complete at the end of this year.
“Interior walls, electric cabling and the like are being put in already,” said Miki.
At Iguana’s other current major project – Sunset Boulevard on Pratumnak Soi 4 – the fifth floor showhome is complete.
“It is beautifully furnished and has great views,” said Miki. “People really ought to get over there and look for themselves.” Ω
