The Iguana Group is inviting customers to start moving into their apartments in buildings 1 and 2 at the four-block Park Lane development in Jomtien.
As you can see from the pictures the construction of the pool is at an advanced stage and a lot of the landscaping and planting of trees and shrubbery has already taken place.
“The pool should be ready to swim in by the middle of this month,” Iguana managing director Miki Haim told me, writes John Davids.
Work on the garden areas was due to complete as REm went to press.
“The third building should be finished in five months’ time and the final one should complete around the end of the year,” he added. “Already more than 500 of the 600 units contained in the four blocks have been sold.”
Miki is already looking at his next project but I was unable to draw any detail of on him about where and what it will be. Ω
