Only weeks after the launch of Heights Holdings’ Park Royal 3 project a showroom has been built and opened to allow prospective buyers to see what they will be getting for their investment.
Once the go-ahead for the condo block was given everything – including sales – moved very quickly.
Indeed, many buyers didn’t even wait for the showroom to be built. A combination of super location and affordable price was too good to resist for many and sales in the first building just rocketed within days of HH announcing a special promotion.
A spokesman for HH said: “We are delighted with sales.Though it is still possible to get units in the first building. With Building B, there are some exciting opportunities to be had. Construction is ahead of schedule.”
