Colliers International recently took part in the Luxury Property Showcase at Siam Paragon in Bangkok on behalf of The Cliff Residence by Cosy Beach.
A spokesman said: “There was a great deal of interest in The Cliff from both Thai and foreign buyers. Several units were booked, with many more leads to follow up in the coming days before the anticipated price increases.”
Notably The Cliff was the only development to represent Pattaya at the show.
Colliers International, who are sole Bangkok and International agents for The Cliff, were pleased with the attendance at the show and feel positive about closing more deals now the event is at an end.
The spokesman added: “We feel The Cliff represents very good value for money which is why it appeals to a larger range of investors both foreign and Thai.”
