   First step in expansion

Long established Pattaya realtors Northern Thai have completed the first stage of their plan to improve their coverage of the area with the opening of their second Jomtien office.
The opening took place on March 1 and a small party involving NT staff, friends of the company, business competitors and the media was held to mark the event.
Among the well-wishers who attended was REBA-ES President May Watson; her husband Rob from Five Star Villas & Condos; Pattaya Realty MD Stuart Daly, Homes & Condos publisher Alan Vernstein, Mesa Wonsida from North Shore (the company which used to occupy the building); former employee Frank O’Neill, who is now with Alan Bolton; and Dave Buckley from REm.
Plenty of drink plus food supplied by the Jomtien branch of Shenanigan’s was available to see the office launched in style.
“We chose this spot on the Thappraya Road because it is prominent and we expect to get more people walking in than we could ever hope to get in our other Jomtien office,” said NT managing director John Seymour.
The other Jomtien office is on the ground floor of the View Talay 5 building and most of its custom comes from VT5 and other buildings in the immediate vicinity. It may been retained in a scaled-down format.
As reported last month (see alongside) NT is also looking at premises in both North and East Pattaya with a view to adding them to the two in Jomtien and the main office which is just across from Royal Garden Plaza in Second Road.
“My thanks to all who came along to the launch. I hope to hold another one soon,” John Seymour added. Ω
