Big progress is also being made at The Urban’s affiliate development, SP Townhome at Jomtien, where the three- and four-storey showhomes allowing prospective owners to see the potential of the project should be opening this month.
Work on Phase I of the exclusive, low-density development is well advanced but units are still available at the special promotional launch price. These will go up shortly as the project develops further.
SP Townhome is in Soi 8, just a few sois down the beach past Pattaya Immigration in Jomtien. Stand outside the sales office and you can see the sea at the bottom of the road. Indeed, the upper floors on some of the townhomes themselves will also enjoy a sea view.

Interior design professional
The sales office is currently in what will become the communal gym area. Soon the sales team will move into one of the show units. An interior design professional from Bangkok has been commissioned to decorate the units so something special will await showhome visitors.
The Bt4m+ asking price for the homes does not include interior design but SP Townhome will be happy to advise those who wish to repeat what they see in the show units.
The first eight units is very close to being ready to transfer. The show units are contained in this block. Work is also well advanced on the first three commercial units (one of which is a double) which face out onto the new Jomtien Second Road.
Footings for the second block of eight residential units are in place and construction of these was due to start as we went to press. The communal swimming pool is also in place. So there is plenty to see when people visit Soi 8.

High quality materials
The project consists of 58 homes. All will have stylish and modern design and only high quality materials are being used.
The three-storey unit comprises two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen and two car parking spaces; the four-storey has an extra bedroom and bathroom. Both have a back garden suitable for hosting barbeques and small parties.
The beach just 180 metres distant and there many super places to eat and drink within a short walk.
The new Second Road allows easy access to the Sukhumvit. So the centre of Pattaya lies just minutes away. Closer still, the Rom Pothi market is a short distance from the project’s main entrance. Ω
