Heights Holdings’ Park Royal 2 on Pratamnak Hill is breaking new ground with its modern and stylish design by Mario Kleff.
For the first time in Thailand cellular beams will be used in a condominium construction – and they won’t be “hidden” because they form an integral part of the overall look. No concrete external walls are planned.
Its predecessor Park Royal 1 is due to open next month (November). The quality of the build in No 1 has been greeted with great enthusiasm by the new owners.
Building No 1, which can be seen at the top of the facing page) was marketed as “turn-key” and includes full furnishing, ceiling-mounted air conditioning, LCD TVs, modern fitted kitchens and appliances and a luxurious bathroom.

The design includes an extensive blend of natural timbers, an extra touch that helps transform this boutique condo into an elegant home.
Because of the success of PR1 construction work on PR2 has started ahead of schedule.

Promotional material refers to the building’s “shimmering facade” of glass and steel and describes it as “a state-of-the-art structure situated in a picture-perfect location”.
Higher floors will offer direct views to Pattaya Bay. A rooftop pool with sundeck and relaxation area is planned so bay views can be enjoyed by all irrespective of the floor they live on.
Other features to be incorporated include many modern day “musts” such as an infinity pool, free Wi-Fi zones,
hi-tech computer networking, coffee shop and gym.
Add to the above a hotel-style concierge service and you can start to understand why even HH CEO Haim Bar-David is buying a penthouse apartment there.
In addition to the unit Haim has chosen there are three more exclusive units of 100 sqm or 150 sqm available for a total of 90,000 Baht per sqm. Included is a 20,000 Baht budget for internal design by overall architect — Mario Kleff.
The financing programme (see alongside) is available on some of the units and an alternative promotion is to have the unit fully furnished.”
But there will be no ‘double-up’ on special promotions so it will be finance or furniture.
Smallest unit will be 42 sqm and prices (eighth floor apart) will range between Bt 59,000-65,000 per sqm. Ω
