Any day now two new showhouses at the
SP Townhome project are set to open their doors to visitors.
At around the same time the first of the houses will become available for transfer to its owners. These houses are in the same block as the showhomes.
To co-inside with both of the above the developers of SP Townhome in Jomtien’s Soi 8 have decided to launch a special sales promotion.
Cash discounts of between Bt200,000 and Bt300,000 are being offered, dependent on the unit chosen.
In addition, buyers will receive a built-in kitchen, air conditioners, and an LCD TV set on its own sideboard.
The special promotion is will run throughout this month (November) only so, if you are interested in a home or an investment, don’t delay.
The sales office will move into one of the show units shortly. At the time of writing it was in the building which is earmarked to become the communal gym.

Bangkok designer
A Bangkok-based interior designer has been commissioned to decorate the units and the standard of the design can be gauged by looking at the pictures below.
The Bt4m+ asking price for the homes does not include interior design but the SP Townhome sales team will be happy to advise.
The project consists of 58 homes. All have stylish and modern design and only high quality materials are being used.
The first eight units will be ready to transfer this month. Work is also well advanced on the first three commercial units (one of which is a double) which face out onto the new Jomtien Second Road. This new road will be a big plus when residents are looking to get into Pattaya or venture further afield to Bangkok via the Sukhumvit.
Footings for the second block of eight residential units are in place and construction has now started.

Extra bedroom
The three-storey unit comprises two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen and two car parking spaces; the four-storey has an extra bedroom and bathroom.
Both have a back garden suitable for hosting barbeques and small parties. Ω

Suites are making rapid progress as The Urban gets ready for transfers

The shell of The Urban Suites is rapidly nearing completion and sales in the building are moving along at a similar rate.
The Suites sit at the front of The Urban project on the site of the latter’s showhome. Already builders have reached the sixth floor.
The Urban itself, meanwhile (above right) , is very nearly ready for owners to move in. Transfers should start next month and many owners are expected to be able to take up residence before the year end.
Just a few apartments remain available in The Urban but now the sales emphasis is shifting to The Suites.
About half of the units in the Suites are sold but ownership in a foreign name is still available.
There is a showroom covering both projects on the third floor in The Urban (see pictures below). However, soon work will commence on a dedicated showhome for The Suites. This should complete around Christmas time. Ω
