Tudor Court condos are back on track!

They say that “still waters run deep” and that has certainly been the case with Tudor Court Condominium over recent months.
While other projects have been stalling and yet others have been valiantly trying to talk up their market, the team at TCC have been quietly putting all their pieces in place, preparing for the moment to reveal their winning strategy.
Over the traditional “low season” director Simon Ditchburn has been busily arranging a financial investment that guarantees the future of his first condominium project and he is delighted that all parties have now agreed to the terms and TCC will now go from an “off-plan” dream to a fully constructed reality.
“It’s been a long, hard struggle,” said Simon about his recent dealings. “Anybody who has had to deal with local institutions and bureaucracies will know how incredibly frustrating it can be become.
“We have been delayed, misdirected and even deliberately mislead in some cases but throughout it all, we knew that we had a viable product and were determined to achieve what we needed on our terms.
“I am absolutely over the moon that we have finally got our agreement and that all parties concerned are happy with the arrangements and will now proceed immediately.”
With the finances now in place, the second phase of construction can now begin and the first major concrete pour is scheduled for the beginning of this month.
This will involve more than 300 trucks, transporting and pouring tons of concrete over a 27-hour period.
“It’s a huge task,” says Simon. “But we are ready!”
Following this, construction proper can begin and the crew should get up to roof level within a matter of months.
Sales manager Adam Kuhl said: “We know that customers must feel confident in the product they buy. It’s not enough nowadays just to assure somebody that the project will be built; you have to be able to physically show them that it is happening. We can now do that and will be keeping all of our clients fully appraised on the construction progress.”
To assist with the new impetus, Tudor Court have decided to keep their prices at the same rate until the roof is on the building. This means a brand new luxury condominium can be bought for only Bt55,000 per sqm.
Also, there a limited number of units available with up to 70 per cent finance over as many as 10 years. This could mean a unit is available to a customer for less than Bt31,000 per month. That’s less than some people pay in rent for a smaller unit!
Tudor Court claims it is the only condominium being built to European standards locally. This means safe electrics, uPVC windows, damp-proof courses and double walls to prevent cold air loss and reduce noise. Nobody else can offer this quality of construction or level of luxury for this price, they claim!
