......The recently opened Central Festival shopping mall was host to The Luxury Property Show just before Pattaya celebrated songkran last month. The show ran from April 7-18 and attracted plenty of interest from shoppers.
Among the exhibitors represented at the show were Ananya, Banglamung Country Hill, The Cove, Horseshoe Point, Kasikorn Bank, Ocean Portofino, and The Pride.
On the opening day some of the exhibitors were introduced to shoppers by two charming young presenters (pictured left) before the ladies went on to auction items of furniture. This was one of several events held to generate interest over the 12-day show.
Jens Klein, sales manager for Petch Property Developments who are marketing The Cove, said: “For us our sponsorship of the show was a success. We saw many people take an interest in our development and more than 50 of them took the time to sit down and talk at length. We have several strong leads as a result.”
At the time of writing Petch were following this up by taking a similar stand at Central Chidlom in Bangkok fromApril 23-28. Ω
