Three developers check the potential at shopping venue...

Cees Cuijpers, managing director of agents and developers Town & Country, was there to see all was ready on opening day. Below is the shop window of developers Tudor Villas.

......Three real estate companies have decided to unveil shops in the recently opened in Property Corner at The Village shopping complex – Town & Country, Tudor Villas and Katalina II.
Town & Country see the shop as a showcase for their services and developments; Tudor Court wanted an office combined with showroom away from the actual building site environment at their Tudor Villas development; Katalina II wanted to spread the word further afield about their new project in the Pratamnak area.
For each the move represents a new form of marketing effort. Quite often a developer will book “road show” space at a mall but actually renting space is something of a departure from the norm, although we have seen similar moves at a mall in Second Road.
Will others involved in real estate find a home at The Village? “Possibly,” said Stuart Daly, whose Pattaya Realty company is marketing the units there. “We are no longer enforcing any restrictions on who takes space here and, already, another real estate broker has visited to look at the facilities. So who knows?
“In real estate terms The Village is well placed for all the villages along the Chaiyapruk and, of course, it is handy for the rapidly expanding Na-Jomtien and Bang Saray areas.” Ω
