......With the Urban nearing completion just behind the Avenue shopping complex developers Royal Oak are turning their thoughts to two additional projects – the Urban Suite which is right next to The Urban in Pattaya Second Road Soi 15 and the SP Townhomes close to Jomtien Beach on Soi 8.
Plans are in hand to demolish the showroom of The Urban so work can start on The Urban Suite which will occupy the current showroom site.
“Work will start behind the showsuite and move forward,” said a spokeswoman for Royal Oak. “Then the sales office for The Urban Suite will switch to Building B of The Urban.
The Urban Suite, which will have 79 units, is already 30 per cent sold. They are due for completion in May 2010.
Those interested in The Urban Suite can expect cash discounts of between Bt100,000 and Bt500,000 for early purchase of units.
This offer is due to expire at the end of March.
SP Townhomes – 58 units – is due to complete at the end of this year. “The sales office for the SP Townhomes should be complete next month,” the spokeswoman continued.
As we move into the new year the spokeswoman said: “We want to thank the cusotmers who have come to us on The Urban and welcome to those interested in The Urban Suite and SP Townhomes.”
Both the new projects epitomise designs for modern luxury living.
The Urban Suite is about spaciousness and privacy. The living space will have high ceilings and wider room architecture.
Urban Suite residents can also enjoy may of the communal conveniences of The Urban such as the fitness spa and library.
The SP townhomes will be a mixture of three- and four-storey units with flexibile designs.
