It’s an exciting time at The Urban as owners at the new condo project are starting to move in.
The project, which lies in between Second Road and Soi Buakhow not far from The Avenue shopping complex, is very close to complete.
The trees are in place and minor landscaping matters were being attended to as this magazine went to press.
Just a handful of units remain unsold in The Urban but its sister project, The Urban Suites, still has good availability.The shell of The Urban Suites should be complete by the end of the year and the new dedicated showhouse should be available for viewing sometime in February.
The Suites sit at the front of The Urban project on the site of the latter’s showhome. At the time of writing builders had completed seven of the eight floors.
About 50 per cent of the units in The Suites are sold but ownership in a foreign name is still available.
The Suites will specialise in big one- and two-bedroom units. Priced at Bt 64,000 per sqm they represent good value for such a central locations. This means that prices start at around the Bt3.5m mark.
Included in the price are luxury kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes plus air conditioners.
There is still a showroom for both projects on the third floor in The Urban. Ω
