The final polishing touches are being applied to the new showhouses at the SP Townhome project which should open their doors to visitors later this month.
The first of the houses are becoming available for transfer to its owners. Work has also started on the second block of homes.

Cash discounts of between Bt200,000 and Bt300,000 are still being offered, dependent on the unit chosen.
In addition, buyers will receive a built-in kitchen, air conditioners, and an LCD TV set on its own sideboard.
The promotion will not run forever so, those interested in a home or an investment, shouldn’t delay.
The sales office will move into one of the show units shortly. Currently it is in the building earmarked to become the communal gym.

Bangkok designer
A Bangkok-based interior designer has been commissioned to decorate the units and the standard of the design can be gauged by looking at the pictures below.
The Bt4m+ asking price for the homes does not include interior design but the SP Townhome sales team will be happy to advise.
The project consists of 58 homes. All have stylish and modern design and only high quality materials are being used.
The first eight units are now ready to transfer. Work is also well advanced on the first three commercial units (one of which is a double) which face out onto the new Jomtien Second Road.
This new road will be a big plus when residents are looking to get into Pattaya or venture further afield to Bangkok via the Sukhumvit.

Extra bedroom
The three-storey unit comprises two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen and two car parking spaces; the four-storey has an extra bedroom and bathroom.
