At the end of next month buyers in the first two blocks at Iguana’s Park Lane condominium development in Boonkanjana Road, Jomtien Beach, should start to get their keys and begin to move in. Progress at the 600 unit project – perhaps Pattaya’s biggest – has been rapid.
In a further six months’ time Building 3 should be complete with Building 4 following a year later.
